The use of our beautiful grounds and Oaklands historic wares make a wonderful backdrop to your special day, and to your photos.

Tailored menu for you and your guests

Your menu will be prepared to the highest standard by our Oaklands chefs using fresh local produce from our region. This will be tailored to your individual tastes, budget and special dietary requirements.

Our Event Manager will discuss your requirements and develop a menu with our team of chefs that meets all your guests' requirements.

Keeping the kids in mind, our chefs will create fun fare satisfying their needs. (The services of a Certified Child Minder can be arranged at additional cost, ensuring your smaller guests are entertained while you enjoy your day).

Gourmet Teas and Filtered Coffee

You and your guests will enjoy freshly brewed coffee and tea after your meal at our coffee and tea area.

Beverage Packages

Select from a broad range of local and international beers, wines and champagnes, along with a selection of spirits and non-alcoholic drinks and mixers. Bar tabs and cash bar options are available.

Wedding Cake Table

A variety of cake displays are available for your special wedding cake.

Wedding Present Table

A variety of wishing wells and /or present tables are available for your guests to leave their gifts.

Sound Equipment

This will be available for use by your Master of Ceremonies. A professional MC can be provided for you at an additional cost.

Professional Staff

Professional wait and bar staff will attend to all the needs of you & your guests. Fine linen, cutlery and crockery is all included in your package.

Events Manager

Our Events Manager will be available to ensure that your reception runs exactly to your wishes.

Pre-dinner drinks & canapes

While you are having your photos taken, allow your guests to arrive at Oaklands Event Centre and use our landscaped gardens prior to the commencement of your reception, and to enjoy a selection of canapes and pre dinner drinks. Our Event Manager will be happy to help plan this for you.

Table Settings and Decorations

We have a selection of unique centrepieces to enhance your tables and we include these in your package. Maybe you have something particular in mind, please discuss with your Event Planner. We have an assortment of vase designs that you can choose from.

Chair Decorations

Enhance the romantic feel of your special day with our beautiful chair covers and sashes. We have access to a variety of colour sashes and can even match to your bridal colour theme. Additional charges apply.

Preferred Suppliers

We have several suppliers we can recommend upon request from hair to cakes, entertainment to photographers and more. Oaklands Events Centre makes no claim or representation regarding, and accepts no responsibility for, the quality, content, nature or reliability of these third-party suppliers.

Children's Table

Children's table, complete with books, toys, and drawing materials.

Our Historic Homestead is available for guest accommodation.
